Theodorou Group had a strong presence at the international exhibition of food, beverages, machinery equipment and packaging DETROP 2015 (26th February – 1st March, Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Centre).
It is always a pleasure to participate at Thessaloniki’s Detrop. We had the opportunity to exhibit some new coding and marking solutions and discuss with our Northern Greece customers.
ΙSome of the most interesting exhibits were our hybrid Print & Apply solution (Herma & Smart Date) and the Markem 5000 high-resolution coder for printing text, barcodes, and graphics onto generic cartons.
Our participation at Syskevasia 2008 gave us the opportunity to present our business units independently in two different booths of 180 sqm.
In our first booth, we exhibited our coding solutions for primary (items), secondary (cartons) and tertiary packaging (pallets). In our second booth, we presented iFactory, our new suite of solutions for manufacturing operations management, including traceability, scheduling, OEE automatic measurement and other MES functionalities.
Visitors from all manufacturing sectors had the opportunity to see how our iFactory solutions work in real-time and discuss with our engineers about their traceability requirements and OEE measurement programs.
We recently participated at Interpack, the largest global exhibition for packaging at Düsseldorf held every 3 years. Our company, under the brand traceability.eu, presented for the first time in the European market its traceability system ‘Tracer Factory’, receiving tremendous response.
Tracer Factory has been successfully implemented in major Greek food and packaging companies. We were proud to be the only Greek company exhibiting its own system for traceability and production management.
