Checkweigher and Metal Detector Combination Systems

The checkweighers and metal detectors of METTLER TOLEDO GARVENS combine both technologies (Checkwheighing και Metal Detection) in one system which is suitable for applications that require high levels of protection and when optimal space utilization is vital.

While the checkweigher offers fast and highly accurate weighing , rejecting "out of tolerance" products, the metal detector reliably detects and rejects products that are contaminated with metal. The metal detector is designed for maximum detection sensitivity and optimal product inspection.

Both systems are controlled by a touchscreen interface which simplifies and speeds up data entry, product changeovers, production quality documentation/statistics and operator training.

The systems are available in a hygienic (H) version for applications with a regular hygienic cycle, where intensive and high-pressure cleaning is required.
